Are you a Clinical Lead Nurse or Deputy Manager of a Nursing Home

Are you able to run your own team of nurses and Care practitioners

Can you chair meetings, recruit staff, audit and monitor work based tasks

We are looking for an Outstanding Deputy Nurse manager, supporting a non clinical Home Manager

  • Confident leader with a can do approach with an open and approachable personalityRegistered nurse with wide clinical skills, PIN, and Experience of Elderly Care
  • Passion for the highest quality person centred care with the ability to effectively share your passion
  • Experience in running a Nursing home
  • Understanding and Exposure to Safeguarding's & CQC, CCGS, PCT and familys
  • Genuine Passion for elderly care
  • Mability to publicise the home and to establish relationships in the local community
  • Clinical, personnel and time management skills should be strong
