Job Title: Deputy Manager - Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit

Salary: £27,000-£32,000 per annum excellent benefits
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join a gender sensitive female only Mental Health Unit based in Accrington, Lancashire. The home is designed especially to nurture, support and rehabilitate vulnerable women with complex Mental Health Conditions and previous substance use back to independence. This warm and friendly specialist Care Home offers a welcoming and supportive environment offering 24-hour person centered care to vulnerable women with a range of complex and multifaceted mental health conditions. Staff morale at the home is very high and the team are passionate about the high quality of care that they provide to each and every resident and are proud of the 5/5 'Good' CQC awarded. The service is ideally situated in a pretty, quiet residential area in Accrington, Lancashire and is close to public bus and train transport links, as well as local shops and amenities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Deputy Manager (RGN / RMN / RNLD) to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes based in Accrington, Lancashire. The team are passionate about the care that they provide for the residents and are looking for a passionate and skilled Deputy Manager to join, ensuring the smooth running of the home. Previous management experience is preferred for this position however experienced nurses with leadership skills will be considered for this role.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered).
