Deputy Manager - Non Nurse role job in Crewkerne at Recruitment Panda

• Your role as a Deputy Manager is wide and varied, but concentrating on supporting the delivery of the quality care.
• As a Deputy Manager you will stand in for the Manager in their absence
• You will work with the Home Manager supporting them
• Your leadership skills will lead you to inspire and manage the care and nursing team
• You and the clinical lead will ensure the very best person centred care is offered to all resident monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practise and checking compliance.
• You will be part of the team that achieves OUTSTANDING at the next inspection

• We would like you to have deputy experience or maybe as a senior nurse
• We would like you to have experience in caring for residents with different health needs, including advanced dementia.
• Safeguarding investigatrions, and clinical reisk assessments will come under your remit, so any associated experience would be a benefit
• Managing Staff - guiding, leading, supporting and occaisional investigations and disciplinary issues.
• You will have experience in managing staff, safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
