This is a well established privately owned Nursing Home, with a stable staff of compassionate carers, and knowledgeable nurses.

Its a true deputy manager role, salaried at £37,000 - £39,000 but with an additional bank NURSE contract if you need to nurse over your 37.5 hours at a pay rate of £18.97 per hour.

Previous management experience would be advantageous, as there are 60 staff to manager.

Budget management experience would be an advantage

Handling supervisions, complaints, investigations, monitoring, audit, compliance and assessments will make up part of your day.

Nitty Gritty - you would need to work one day shift

7.45 - 20.00 a week, the rest of your working week is totally flexible around your plans and the needs of the business.
