Location: Horsham, West Sussex

Salary: £37,500 per annum excellent benefits package

Hours: Full Time hours

Further Details: We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and skilled Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a beautiful nursing home based in Horsham, West Sussex. The service is ideally situated in Horsham and is within easy reach of local shops and amenities. This vibrant and modern purpose-built care home provides a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for the residents and their families. The company is passionate about providing high quality care to their residents and the Home Manager is looking for a caring and like-minded Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join the team. The home boasts excellent facilities including homely communal lounge areas, regular daily activities to enjoy and a lovely garden area for residents to relax and unwind.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable healthcare provider in their friendly specialist care home based Horsham, West Sussex. The service provides specialist care for adults aged 18 with complex health needs which may include autism or physical and learning difficulties. The Home Manager is looking for a motivated Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside them ensuring the smooth running of the service at all times. Our client is committed to the development and well-being of all staff, including Managers, and provides regular, on-going training and access to company-wide career opportunities.

Person Specification: We are looking for a qualified Nurse for this position (either RGN or RNLD qualified) - you must have a valid NMC registration. You must have proven managerial experience as well as experience within a similar client group to this service. We are looking for an individual who is motivated, knowledgeable and passionate, with excellent interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills.
