This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable healthcare provider in their friendly specialist care home based Horsham, West Sussex. The service provides specialist care for adults aged 18 with complex health needs which may include autism or physical and learning difficulties. The Home Manager is looking for a motivated Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside them ensuring the smooth running of the service at all times. Person Specification: We are looking for a qualified Nurse for this position (either RGN or RNLD qualified) - you must have a valid NMC registration. You must have proven managerial experience as well as experience within a similar client group to this service. We are looking for an individual who is motivated, knowledgeable and passionate, with excellent interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills.
