Salary: £31,500 per annum (£15.75 per hour) excellent benefits

The home is ideally situated in-between Bolton and Chorley and is close to local shops and public transport links. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work for a leading healthcare provider in one of their fantastic services on the outskirts of Bolton. The home provides care to elderly residents with a range of physical disabilities, including respite, nursing and residential care. This versatile service has a separate specialised dementia unit, as well as providing cancer care and care to residents with epilepsy. This warm and cosy nursing home offers both the residents and their families a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and the healthcare team are passionate about the care that they provide to the residents. The Home Manager is looking for a caring and like-minded Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside them ensuring the smooth running of the service.
Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous managerial experience is essential for this position.
