A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD all considered ) to join a lovely nursing home based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. The home is ideally situated within easy reach of public transport links and local amenities. This nursing service offers a warm and homely environment for the residents and their families. The home boasts a range of activities for the residents to enjoy in a dedicated and person-centred environment. Staff morale at the home is very high and the Home Manager is looking for a caring and passionate Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to work closely alongside the manager ensuring the smooth running of the service at all times.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join a leading healthcare provider in their bright and friendly nursing home in Chesterfield. The service provides person centred nursing care for elderly residents and those with dementia, encompassing a separate specialist dementia care unit within the home.
