We are looking for a Deputy Manager to work within our client’s nursing home in Southport, Merseyside.
This is a lovely service, which has been developed with the needs of the residents and families living with dementia in mind and incorporates state of the art technology as well as a high level of expertise from a caring and friendly staff team.
Reporting to the Home Manager, you will assist in managing and developing high quality services for all the residents as well as the management and development of the staff team. We are looking for a passionate, person centred Deputy Manager to instil a culture of care and continuous improvement across the service.
As the Deputy Manager, you will continuously promote high standards of care, working closely with your team providing support and guidance where needed. We are looking for an individual who is competent and comfortable to run the home in the absence of the Manager, ensuring the home runs in accordance with CQC guidelines and company policies and procedures.
You will be required to work 2 x 12-hour floor shifts and 2 x 8-hour supernumerary shifts.
An RGN or RMN qualification with a valid NMC Pin is essential
