Deputy Manager Needed,

Nursing: Elderly Care (some Dementia - RGN or RMN)



Maternity Cover - Minimum 9 Months

Romford, Essex



Circa £40,000/yr + Generous Holiday Allowance + Company Benefits + Training

My client is a Regionall care provider with a great reputation, they are looking for a strong and experienced Deputy Manager who can 'hit the ground running' as a Deputy in a Nursing Care home for the Elderly, some with Dementia in easily commutable Romford, Essex
The deputy manager post is a key role within the home in assisting the manager to ensure smooth running and a high quality service is provided to all of the residents.



This provider offers a fantastic career progression potential via a structured internal promotion scheme - The Home Manager at this service is able to train an assist you in progressing with your career



Nursing Qualification and NMC Pin are both essential - Must be either RGN, or RMN with good clinical knowledge
