We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to work within a multi award-winning, fully compliant Residential and Dementia Care Home based in Wokingham, Surrey.
Working as a Deputy Manager within this care home provides a fantastic opportunity to deliver an outstanding level of care and grow your profile within a nationally recognised, luxury care home provider. You will work closely with a highly respected General Manager to implement market leading Residential and Dementia care.
Criteria for this Deputy Manager opportunity:
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with valid NMC PIN number is desirable but not essential At least 3 years experience as a Deputy Manager or Home Manager In depth knowledge of Dementia Care Strong business acumen and commercial understanding of running an elderly care home Ability to implement action plans for improvements and build an excellent reputationResponsibilities for this Deputy Manager opportunity include:
You will play a key role within the home to ensure the best possible person-centred care is delivered You will take responsibility for the running of the home in the absence of the General Manager and ensure that the company's policies and procedures and all legal requirements are met Responsible for ensuring that through clinical governance and leadership, the health and safety of all residents is effectively assessed, planned, implemented and evaluatedA snapshot of the Deputy Manager starting package is:
