This is an ideal opportunity for an existing Senior Nurse with good leadership skills, or a very experienced nurse who is looking for career progression.
You will be competent in leading a team, making the right decisions for staff and residents.
You will need a good understanding of CQC requirements, be able to prioritise and effectively manage workload.
An NMC PIN is required for this role.
