This position has become available due to the fact the previous Deputy has been promoted up to Home Manager. She knows the home well and is also rather lovely herself.
The home is well supported by a Senior Management team, all of which have worked up the ranks.
The Director is forward thinking and believes in giving his teams autonomy to run the homes as they see fit, after all they are apart of the communities. Of course they have foundations, with company polices and procedures, but individuality is the name of the game and bringing fresh ideas to the table is something they actively encourage.
The role itself will include supernumerary hours and is predominately Monday to Friday, with on-call responsibilities.
It comes with a competitive salary of up to £38k, + bells and whistles for the right person

Requirements for this position
In order to be considered for this role you must be a qualified nurse with an active pin, registered with the NMC. Previous leadership experience within a nursing home would be desired.
