On behalf of a fantastic care provider I am looking for a Deputy Manager to join the team at one of their Residential Homes in the Hindhead area.
An exciting opportunity has a risen for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a privately owned care group in the Hindhead area. The home is a specifically designed facility which caters for up to 12 Learning and Physical Disability clients. The most recent CQC report is 'GOOD' in all areas and the provider has a reputation for providing the very highest standards of care.
This position pays an annual salary of £23,571.00 on a fulltime, permanent contract. The duties are split as 2 days in the office and 3 days on the floor.
My client is seeking a strong, experienced individual with drive and commitment who is seeking a new exciting challenge. The ideal candidate will have Managerial/Team Leading experience and good leadership skills. This post really requires an individual who is focused and has the want to succeed.
The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
NVQ Level 3 minimum
Experience of working within a Care Home environment (Learning Disability experience is a high priotity)
Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
Dynamic & Enthusiastic
Duties will include:
Overall responsibility of the home
This position will be suitable for: Deputy Manager, Care Manager, Residential Deputy Manager or a Team Leader/Senior looking to take a step up.
