I am currently working on one of the most exciting prospects for a Deputy Manager in Wolverhampton area. It's not going to be easy but the rewards are huge. At the same time Care Home is in need for a turnover considering CQC rating requires improvement.

This medium size general nursing home has just gone through a Covid outbreak which had a massive impact on staff and residents. Right now the client has managed to get back on track, so you will be starting a new chapter in that Care Home's live.

They are looking to welcome someone who will be able to bring a fresh set of ideas.

Requirements for this position

In order to be considered for this role you must be a qualified nurse RGN and have had experience of working within a nursing home for the elderly. You will have an understanding of leading teams and a passion for driving person centred care.
