The Role
We are looking to hire experienced and qualified UK-based Registered Nurses to join our client's healthcare team in Hayes, London, UK. You will be responsible for accurately assessing the needs of our client’s residents and identify priorities of care. You will be joining the high performing team of experienced nurses. You will be able to demonstrate principles of accountable practice as a Deputy Manager. You must be competent across a range of nursing skills, supported by clinical knowledge. Ensuring that through clinical governance and leadership the care, health and safety of all residents is effectively assessed, planned, implemented and evaluated. You must have the ability to motivate and engage team members. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve the highest standards of clinical care by providing clear expectations, ensuring best practice and leading by example. As well as responsible for auditing, analysing trends and ensuring ongoing upskilling of team members.
About You
* Have minimum 1 year of UK Nursing Experience
* Have valid UK NMC PIN
* Have right to work in the UK
* Up to date enhanced DBS
* Previous experience of leading and managing a team
* Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
* Great written and verbal skills for communication and understanding
* Good IT skills and confidence in computer based work
