to help run this really lovely Nursing Home.
With a good reputation in the area and an overall 'Good' rating with the CQC, this home is a beautiful place to live and work. They have a really strong Manager at the helm and you will be lucky enough to work closely with her to continue to deliver the best care.
Would you like to be the Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead Nurse for this lovely home?
Its a 40 hour a week role, with supernumerary hours available supporting the RNs and the Care Practitioners and the Manager of course.
To positively support the Registered Manager in providing leadership to the administration, care, catering, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance functions of The Home.
To deputise for the function of the Registered Manager during their absence, while at all times supporting the decisions made by the Registered Manager.
To maintain care and management skills at a current level, and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain that currency of practice.
To manage the services within The Home in accordance with standards agreed with the Registered Manager, Registered Provider, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, and in line with accepted best practice, and within the financial plans agreed from time-to-time with the Registered Provider.
Training - Appropriate training will be organised, NVQ L5 supported and encouraged.

Requirements for this position
For this role you will be a qualified nurse either RGN or RMN, have nursing home experience preferably in a management capacity in fostering good teams and mentoring them.
