Domus are recruiting for a Deputy Manager for our client’s cluster of services in Oxford. My client, a national charity and fantastic outcomes focused provider of care, is looking for a creative, dynamic and person-centred individual who can really enhance the lives of those they are supporting.
You will report to the Regional Operation’s Manager and lead two Team Leader’s and a team of support workers to support Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Challenging Behaviour, Mental Health conditions in in shared supported living properties and individual tenancies.
I am looking to speak with candidates who are looking to join a fantastic company who will actively support them in their progression and development. You will be passionate about improving outcomes for adults and have proven experience providing inspirational leadership with in a Health and Social Care setting.
Multi-site experience would be desirable but is not essential as you will be well supported in the role. You will have proven management experience including experience of people, financial and budget management. You will also have a working knowledge of legislation and standards affecting the development and delivery of services. You will have great experience supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Challenging Behaviour and/or Mental Health conditions.
A full driving license is essential for this role.
An enhanced DBS is required for this role.
