They are looking to welcome someone who will be able to bring a fresh set of ideas and who they are willing to supoport through an NVQ Level 5 if you don't already have it.

Requirements for this position
In order to be considered for this role you must be a qualified nurse either RGN or RMN and have had experience of working within a nursing home for the elderly. You will have an understanding of leading teams and a passion for driving person centred care.
