You will currently be working as a Senior Fertility Nurse, looking for career progression to Deputy Nurse Manager an existing Deputy Nurse Manager or a Nurse Manager in a smaller clinic.

In the absence of Nurse Manager, you will need to liaise with Clinicians and any other discipline to ensure the smooth running of the clinic
You will be responsible for a team of HCA's and in particular, their development, training needs and all aspects of HR inquiries.
You will produce and manage the roster, ensuring staff are appropriately allocated and efficiently assigned to clinic calendars in order to complete their daily tasks.
You will have an approachable nature so that the nursing team can see you as a mentor and trusted colleague, responding in a professional empathetic manner, keeping line managers abreast of any issues
You will currently be working either as a Senior Fertility Nurse, ready for that next step; a Deputy Nurse Manager whose career progress is limited; or even a Nurse Manager in a smaller fertility clinic, looking to work at a prestigious fertility clinic in London.
