Are you a Registered Nurse in the Southampton area who is passionate about elderly care? Do you want to help create an outstanding care home, where people are proud to live and work? Do you want to further your career into a Registered Manager role?
This warm and welcoming Southampton nursing home needs an experienced Deputy Manager to support the team and the manager. Part of a small care group with a reputation for excellence, the home will be equipped and staffed to a very high standard.
As part of our succession planning, we would ideally like someone who is keen to progress into the Registered Manager role in the medium term. But this is not essential.
