Premier Work Support have a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Pathology Quality Manager to work with one of Berkshire's leading health trust based from their head office in Ascot, Berkshire. This is a temporary ongoing role to begin with.

The key role is to co- ordinate the quality requirements and improvement initiatives of BSPS operating on all BSPS sites and to ensure compliance with the relevant standards such as: MHRA, HFEA, BMS, ISO 15189, experience in UKAS assessments and must be HCPC registered .

Duties will include:

Developing working practices across all the BSPS sites.
Working closely with the Lead Pathology Quality Manager, General Managers and Lead Biomedical Scientist.
Providing support and advice to large groups including staff, students, service users and the public.
Assisting in the design, implementation and management of the Pathology Quality Management System.

You must have a relevant background in Bio Medical Scientist field, proficiency with ECDL, as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, Access & PowerPoint, effective leadership skills, and customer service skills along with the ability to establish rapport with others where your attention to detail coupled to your effective verbal & written communication and organisational skills will come to the fore.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours. The role could involve travel to other sites at certain times according to business needs.
