Orion Group are recruiting a Digital Project Manager on behalf of one of our Pharmaceutical Clients based in Buckinghamshire on a 12 month contract with potential to be extended.
We are looking for a digital project manager to coordinate the technical implementation of a new platform and site builds.
You will work across the business with marketing, technical and other specialists to ensure timely content generation, supervise build progress, coordinate workshops, and organise training.
You will be responsible for launching the website, leading the preparation and configuration of the new platform for content; working with remote development teams; and handling communications with non-technical partners.
POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience co-ordinating multiple teams to keep progress on track.
Experience of managing both resources and comms channels as well as the confidence to oversee technical delivery.
Engaging with multiple departments; and be able to summarise effectively for business leads.
Knowledge of ticketing systems such as Jira, and an understanding of tools like Basecamp, Teamwork, Trello, or similar will elevate your application.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked within highly regulated fields like the pharmaceutical industry. You will assimilate new concepts quickly and be happy to document progress.
Familiarity with agile / scrum methodologies and confidence using project management software is desirable.
On boarding remotely, you will work alongside two digitally minded teams keen to get you up to speed quickly and help you to maximise your opportunity to make an impact in this role.
