Digital Service Engineer

The role
Digital Service Engineer
Up to £40,000 basic salary with 10% OTE bonus, the package is market-leading including private medical and a company car allowance.
In this role, you will be working as part of a dedicated and highly skilled engineering team working specifically on medical CT equipment. This market-leading OEM has a wide product portfolio allowing you to develop skills in a range of areas and pride themselves on their excellent company culture and making their organisation a truly excellent place to work.
The majority of your work will be ensuring the smooth and continued operation of new and existing products and equipment, through a range of planned and preventative maintenance, along with repair work that can be urgent. You will also work alongside the installation teams, installing and demonstrating equipment, ensuring you have a real variety of work to do.

Educated to BTEC HNC Level 4 or equivalent

Electrical and Electronic Engineering qualification

3+ years experience of working on CT equipment in medical or related industries

Previous field experience

Excellent interpersonal skills

Experience in building strong working relationships with customers and colleagues

Experience networking with Microsoft Windows

Experience of working in a high-pressure medical environment

Ability to manage workload and diary competently

Comfortable covering a wide territory and travelling nationally and overnight

Full UK Driving license
