A ground-breaking biotech start-up are looking for a Director of Clinical Operations to oversee their clinical trials.

The Company

The company have already won several awards for their innovative product and are looking for an experienced leader to manage and coordinate their clinical trials going forward. They are anticipating a high level of growth in the coming months, and this is a rare opportunity for a candidate to come in at a pivotal moment and grow alongside the company.

Director of Clinical Operations Role & Responsibilities

In this role you will liaise with key stakeholders and the rest of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure that all trials are running in accordance with time, budget and GCP. This will be a dynamic role and high levels of organisational and interpersonal skills will be required to ensure a high level of communication is constantly upheld between cross-functional teams. The day-to-day responsibilities of the role will also include protocol development, feasibility, set-up and conduct management, CRO selection and oversight/reporting.

Director of Clinical Operations Requirements

Previous experience in senior leadership positions within life sciences companies
Proven ability to deliver clinical programs to the highest standard
A fantastic track record of liaising with inter-disciplinary teams
BSc or higher in a related discipline
Extensive knowledge of MHRA, EU and FDA regulations is preferred
