An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Domiciliary Care Branch Manager based in the Lowestoft, Suffolk area to demonstrate a track record of growing a domiciliary care business and driving standards to achieve a CQC overall rating of Outstanding. This is an independent, family-run organisation dedicated to providing quality person-centred care to people living in their own homes and residential homes

**To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care with previous management experience within a domiciliary care setting is essential**

As the Branch Manager your key responsibilities include:

• Be responsible for the day to day running of the Branch
• Build the customer base
• Create an environment which attracts and retains high quality staffs that contributes to effective team working
• Maintain CQC compliance in line with CQC standards
• Liaise with Healthcare professionals to understand best practice within the industry
• Liaise with senior management and deliver KPI's as required

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Excellent business acumen with a strong desire to develop and grow the service
• Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards
• Good leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Full UK driving licence/car owner

The successful Branch Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £35,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 40 hours a week working through Day Shifts from 9am to 5pm. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
