We're looking for a Registered Manager for a Domiciliary Care agency in Huddersfield. The branch delivers care to vulnerable people in their own homes in the Huddersfield / Kirklees area, and the Registered Manager will ensure quality care service is delivered and work with the director to grow the business. We'll consider people who have been Branch Manager, Registered Manager, Care Manager or Deputy Manager before, who is flexible to meet the demands of a growing service, and who is focused on ensuring that the branch is consistently meeting CQC standards and all regulatory requirements.
The Registered Domiciliary Care Manager Role
You'll be managing a Domiciliary Care Agency that provides care to people in their own homes, across the Kirklees area. Based in the Huddersfield office, you'll be responsible for managing and leading a team that provide high-quality care domiciliary care services.
This branch has been in operation for just over a year and is steadily growing and supporting more and more people in the community. You'll work with the director to build the business, promoting and marketing the company to private clients in the area as well as working with the local authority. You'll ensure that robust recruitment processes are in place to enable the branch to recruit for care staff effectively to fill new care packages.
