Domiciliary Home Care Assistant

As a Domiciliary home care assistant, you will work as part of a strong team of dedicated carers who provide care and support to clients within their own homes.

You will assist and support clients with everything from getting washed and dressed in the morning, to preparing meals for breakfast, lunch and evening and assisting clients with their evening routines and getting into bed.

We offer:-

£9.15 per hour working Monday to Friday

£9.45 per hour working Saturday and Sunday

Mileage allowance and travel time top up

Time and Half Paid for Bank Holidays

Free Uniform and PPE provided

Police DBS Check paid for

There are opportunities to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Full Induction training, including Care Certificate and the opportunity to obtain NVQ’s/Diploma’s in Care

You must hold a Full UK Driving licence and have access to your own car.

Job Duties:-

• Personal Care (washing and dressing)

• Preparation of meals and drinks

• Prompting of medication

• Attending GP and Hospital appointments

• Completing daily notes

• Listening and talking to all clients

• Ensuring the health and safety of all clients

• Use of hoists (training provided)
