Belmont Recruitment are currently in search of an Early Intervention Mental Health Nurse (RMN/CPN) Band 6 to join the Early Intervention in Psychosis Service based out of Hackney in London. The role is Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, however there is scope for flexibility so applicants who cannot work full time are still encouraged to apply, this is initially on an ongoing locum however this will most likely be made permanent.
The post holder will be responsible for the assessment of newly referred adults with First Episode Psychosis and the subsequent presentation of findings to the wider team. The role works with diagnostic uncertainty, providing on-going comprehensive assessments and outcome monitoring for all service users within caseload. This role undertakes risk assessments regularly, including all other health professionals/agencies involved. Also ensuring that risk assessments are regularly updated, are meaningful and are reflected in care plans is an essential duty.
The pay rate for this locum role is between £29.00 - £31.00 per hour dependant on experience, however this is open for negotiation for someone with years of experience.
