up to £32,000 depending on experience

Client Information:              
Our client is a large hospital offering a comprehensive range of general and acute services across the Bournemouth area. The hospital offers a 24hour A&E service and also provides day surgery and outpatients services. Located on the hospital grounds is also a specialist Ophthalmic unit, Cardiac unit and Orthopaedic unit. They are also able to offer a range of services to patients for vascular and urological treatments.  
   
Opportunities:          
We are looking to recruit experienced Staff Nurses to join the elderly care wards of the hospital. This hospital fully supports nurses who want to progress and develop in their career and they pride themselves on their further education opportunities.      
         
Working on the wards you will report into senior staff and the ward manager will be responsible for planning and delivering appropriate care for admissions and discharges to the unit. You will have an innate ability to quickly identify any issues or concerns and act accordingly. Working as part of the team you will be competent across Venepuncture, Cannulation and Phlebotomy, carrying out these tasks on a daily basis while maintaining a safe environment for patients under your care. You will also be assigned other ad hoc duties as required by senior members of staff.        
       
Working hours are days, nights and weekends on a rotational basis.        
         
To be considered for this role you will have at least one years' experience working as a nurse and a keen interest in further developing your skills set. You will be a caring and compassionate nurse with strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. Working as part of a team you will have excellent communication skills and be a good team player
