THE COMPANY: A privately owned organisation operating at the premium quality end of their sector. They provide a range of devices and consumables for use within theatre, critical care, patient handling and a range of other departments in hospitals. In Europe, they have a number of distribution partners who sell to the healthcare sector on their behalf. This is a growing market and much investment has been put into the team in the last few years. You will have the support of experienced account managers and clinical specialists to ensure the smooth hand over of customers in these regions.
THE ROLE:. Working strategically with your colleagues in the wider Export team and the UK, you will be managing, growing and winning key accounts in the European region - these will be with distributors who sell to hospitals in localised regions. Much of the role will involve commercial planning around product range, trials and pricing but clinical education and training around the diverse product portfolio is also key to success in the role. Mot training and education is done virtually at present and candidates must be very confident presenting on screen and leading sales training in this way. Medical sales experience is essential and, whilst preference is for those who have managed distributors internationally, those who have covered territories in the UK who are looking to move into a role like this are encouraged to apply. Genuine autonomy and impact on strategy will be yours and you will benefit from full company training and a positive culture. European languages are not essential but would enhance your application. Candidates need to live within an hour of an airport.
The Package for Export KAM:
Basic: £30,000 to £40,000
Car: £550 per month car allowance
Benefits: Pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday + stats.
