Job Title: Female Support Worker

Hours: 16 hours per week

Shift Patterns: Tuesday 09.15 - 18.30 and Friday 09.15 - 17.30

Service/Location: St Helens

Pay Rate: £10.00 per hour

Role Overview:-As a Support Worker at Robins Lane Supported Living, you will be supporting a 46-year-old woman who has cerebral palsy and is wheelchair dependent. This Woman currently plays for England and is transitioning into team GB with the hope of competing in the Paralympics in 2024. This role would then require support when attending GB training camps and competitions. This can range from being away from 4 days - 10 days, the average time she is away for a competition is 4 days. Caroline requires 1:1 support, Notice of time away will be given in advance.

For Support Workers in this location, experience is desirable, however all of our staff will complete a full induction including one to one training and shadow shifts to give a deep understanding of the role while allowing you to get to know the people we support. This style of training allows the people we support get to know you and feel comfortable around you before you begin to support them.

**Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary.
