An excellent opportunity has arisen within this leading, global manufacturer of medical devices into the NHS and Private healthcare industries for a Field Customer Service Team Leader to cover the Central regions of UK, including Nottingham, Derby , Leicester, Birmingham, Coventry, Northampton, Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.
The role of the Field Customer Service Team Leader will be responsible for the daily management of a team of field customer service technicians across the whole of the Central region.
* Providing on site support across Central region Hospitals - NHS/Private
* Lead and motivate a team of regional sales/service technicians
* Provide excellent levels of customer support
* Deliver product training to customers
* Deliver on going training to the team
* Support installations
* Planning rotas and leave
* Health and Safety
In order to succeed in the role of Field Customer Service Team Leader you will need a couple of years experience within the medical device/medical industry. Any operating theatre experience would be a benefit, although full training is provided. You will ideally have experience from within a sales/service or similar background with experience of leading a small team. This role will suit a medical professional who is looking to advance their leadership experience within a dynamic global operation.
