We have an opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Field Support Supervisor to assist with the management of our new, purpose built, service in New Milton. Comprising of 18 flats the service will enable Voyage Care to provide support to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder and associated Complex Behaviours.

This exceptional opportunity will enable an outstanding individual to make a positive impact on the lives of the People we Support. Reporting to the Supported Living Scheme Manager, the Field Support Supervisor will be a key part of the development of the service. The Field Support Supervisor will also act as a first point of contact for staff members and the families/other vested parties of the people we support.

Field Support Supervisor role requirements:


  • Previous experience working within a Learning Disabilities environment
  • Ability to write or provide input to Risk Assessments, Support Plans and Audits
  • Working knowledge of all relevant Health and Safety Legislation
  • Good understanding of CQC and Safeguarding requirements
  • Prepared to undertake an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care on completion of probationary period
  • Computer Literate including Microsoft Office suite
  • Driver with own vehicle


  • Prior experience working within complex care packages
  • Experience of managing a small staff team
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Experience of staff management databases. Voyage Care use CM200 and Coldharbour, if you do not have experience of these systems full training can be provided.


Whilst predominately based in service this role will require the Field Support Supervisor to work in our Christchurch office for a percentage of the time and may necessitate meetings in the wider community.

There will be an element of weekend work and on-call which will be undertaken on a rota basis.

Interviews for this role will consist of a panel interview and written assessment. Please allow up to half a day for your interview.
