Finance Director - International Business - Flexible working
Our exclusive client is a rapidly expanding private business with an international footprint. The business provided technological services to major businesses across the globe.
We now wish to appoint a talented Finance Director to join the leadership team.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Lead a small finance team.
* Management and cash flow reporting.
* Investment analysis and delivery.
* Risk mitigation including commercial activities and currency.
* Statutory and tax compliance.
* Provide strategic input in areas such as pricing, new business development and corporate activity.
Appropriate candidates must be fully qualified accountants with previous board level experience. You will have experience in a fast-paced international business with a hands on, operational style. M&A, integration and restructuring experience will be advantageous.
My client can offer a flexible working environment to include some home working and potentially a four day working week.
