Join a friendly and supportive team while enjoying office hours, flexible working, great remuneration and the opportunity to utilise and develop your clinical skills.

Our client is looking for qualified General Nurses & Physiotherapists to join their team of highly-rated ESA functional assessors.

ESA (employment support allowance) is an out of work benefit, supporting people under the state pension age who have limited capability to work. You will be providing the clinical expertise that allows the DWP to properly support those in need.

In this role your responsibilities will be:

Communicating effectively to learn more about how an individual's disability or condition affects them
Working with a wide-ranging caseload - reviewing conditions including physical, mental health, cognitive and sensory impairments
Producing a comprehensive and impartial report for the DWP to ensure claimants are receiving the appropriate level of support
Working independently to manage your consultations
Being part of a wider regional support network of like-minded clinicians.

What skills and experience do you need to have?

Full professional registration with the relevant body
2+ years of post-registration experience
The ability to work independently and autonomously
Brilliant clinical and communication skills
Computer and IT skills
Willingness to be flexible in your approach and work under pressure

This fantastic opportunity can offer you the chance to utilise your skills and experience while providing you with the pay, stable hours and work environment that you deserve.

Even more reasons why you should make the move:

Standard working hours - Monday - Friday, 9-5pm meaning less of those unsociable hours and more time at home
25 days of annual leave
Pension contributions
Healthcare cash plan
Private health insurance
Structured career path and pay structure
