You will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced clinical nurse specialists to develop your knowledge of specialist pathways. Our surgeons are world-renowned champions of Enhanced Recovery /ERAS which 13D will soon implement putting patients at the centre of their care pathway, empowering them to take an active part in their own progress, both before and after surgery.

Nurses are expected to provide the highest standard of individualised and holistic care to patients and their families, working alongside the multidisciplinary team, in accordance with agreed policies. Nurses are expected to provide support and professional development to junior members of staff and students, and will be supported to maintain your own personal development portfolio.

Become a confident nurse by joining our outstanding team and grow your competence in acute pain management, identifying and managing deteriorating patients and responding to emergencies as well as complex discharge planning, palliative care and physical rehabilitation.
