GxP Recruitment invites applications on behalf of our biopharmaceutical client in Salisbury, Wiltshire where a new opportunity has arisen for a QMS Documentation Controller to join their team on permanent basis.

Key duties:

* To manage and maintain the necessary tracking system(s) / database(s)

* To liaise with internal customers to ensure:

o Efficient and effective processing of Quality Documentation

o Resolution of customer queries

Make decisions on processing Quality Documentation based on content and as guided by SOPs

• Perform the preparation of records for storage

• Use computerised systems including inputting multiple critical data entries which require a high degree of accuracy

• Provision of first line support, via email, telephone or face-to-face, with service users to ensure compliance with defined processes and effective processing

• Provision of training both to individuals and groups, including the generation and assessment of training materials

• To provide general office administrative support to the team, e.g. Filing, photocopying, stock control, arranging meetings, room bookings, car hire etc.

The candidate profile:

* 5 GCSEs, including English, Maths and a Scientific subject

* Previous experience of working in an administrative environment using computerised data systems

* Working knowledge of MS Office incl Word and Excel

* Experience of working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment would be ideal

* Clear communicator with good writing, data entry and telephone skills
