Our client who runs a day school with a children’s home attached to provide residential support for students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and associated complex needs, including attachment and trauma issues.
The children and young people range from 7-19 yrs come to our client’s school from across the country. With a range of learning and communication difficulties, the young people within the school are fully supported with a tailored programme for their Care and Education and our expertise to manage the different ways they express themselves through behaviour and non-verbal interaction. Our client’s amazing teams deliver rich and innovative experiences, playing to each child’s strengths, to prepare them for their lives ahead. Our client looking for an outstanding leader who can demonstrate a great track record, a comprehensive understanding of the children’s care setting for SEN, Quality Assurance systems and processes and the drive to develop positive and engaging relationships with all client’s key stakeholders.
You will be an expert in your field, bringing best in class experience with a clear vision and understanding of the link between leadership and true impact. Supporting children and their families from the very first time they meet the teams, you will have a minimum of RQF Level 5 or equivalent, with at least two years qualified experience. Registration with Ofsted as a RM or RI will have given you the proven track record of good regulatory outcomes that our children deserve.
