We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Head of Patient Experience and Engagement to support the organisations goal to be an outstanding organisation.
You will have core values that patients and their families should be at the heart of everything we do: involved in decisions about their care, in service improvements and have a vision for the way patients could be involved in our dynamic and developing organisation. You will have the experience and skills to lead the development of the Trust’s strategy for delivering exemplary patient experience and patient engagement and insight ensuring the Trust provides a visible, accessible and confidential Patient Advice and Liaison Complaints Service (PALS) to whom patients and their families/carers can turn to for assistance, advice and support.
The post holder will be instrumental in leading on the development and delivery, monitoring and review of innovative patient experience and patient engagement improvement programmes across the organisation and where appropriate in collaboration with external partners and stakeholders across health and social care.
We are seeking an experienced, confident and motivated individual to inspire the highest standards of patient experience and engagement across the Trust. Applicants will have demonstrable experience in delivering and coordinating patient experience and patient engagement workstreams within the NHS/Social Care at a senior level.
