A global player in healthcare strategy is looking for a Head of Research and Analytics to lead their team and provide expert scientific counsel across the company. The successful candidate will coach and mentor colleagues to understand the importance of data-led solutions, and balance their time between business development, project delivery and team management and support. Strong understanding of market access, clinical trials, medcomms and research and analytics is essential. The company is based in London, with the majority of working based remotely.

Experience in a strategy-focused, data-driven, research or analytics position within a healthcare consultancy environment Demonstrates strong marketing thinking and understanding of medcomms disciplines Solid understanding of clinical trial processes, approval systems and EMA/FDA requirements Experience in EU5 healthcare systems, and proven ability to research other healthcare systems Market access background, including market drivers, drug uptake and pricing & reimbursement Strong statistical and data interpretation experience Excellent people management and communication skills Apply online or send a CV and covering letter to (url removed)
