The Priory Highbank Centre is a 62 bedded Hospital providing specialist care and rehabilitation for adults and children who have sustained a brain injury, including ventilator dependent, and is part of the Priory Group.  The centre is dedicated to the care and rehabilitation of adults and children through close interdisciplinary team working. The site also provides rehabilitation and recovery mental health services.

The successful candidate will provide leadership, direction, support and supervision to the therapy team working within an evidence-based framework.  You will have management responsibility for all the therapy team will be expected to be pro-active in your approach, working with the interdisciplinary team and Senior Management alike. 

You will hold a professional qualification and be HCPC or NMC registered but will not carry a clinical caseload within this post
