Responsibilities
* Complete H&S and fire risk assessments
* Audit client health & safety compliance and performance
* Provide training to teams on H&S awareness and processes
* Provide day to day and strategic health and safety advice to clients
Essential criteria
* Qualified to Diploma, Degree level or equivalent in a H&S or related discipline
* A minimum of 3-5 years’ post qualification experience
* Good understanding of property/facilities management sectors
* Excellent organisational, communication and IT skills
* Passionate about delivering a high-quality service, self-reliant and hard-working
* UK Driving Licence
Desirable
* CMIOSH or Grad IOSH and working towards Chartered
* Environmental qualification / membership
* Fire qualification / membership
The role is home-based and there will be regular travel to client sites within London and across the South East
