Exciting opportunities are available for a Health Care Assistant (HCA) to join their experienced and dynamic team.
As a Health Care Assistant (HCA) you will assist qualified nursing staff, under their supervision, in providing a high quality, comprehensive nursing service to all patients and users, ensuring a high standard of a patient care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.

Person Specification: To succeed as a Health Care Assistant (HCA) you will need:
At least 12 months’ experience working as a Health Care Assistant within an acute hospital setting
NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care
Spoken, written and numeracy to a good standard
Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care with strong communication skills
