Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Health Care Assistants to work in various Residential Homes and Nursing Homes throughout the Lincolnshire area on a temporary or Ad hoc basis.

Your day-to-day duties may include:

•             Attending handover at the beginning and end of each shift

•             Providing a high standard of care to assist residents with their daily living needs

•             Supporting residents in their daily routines with washing, dressing, mobility and toilet needs

•             Supporting residents at meal times

•             Supporting residents to take part in the activities programme

•             Following care and support plans to maintain a high standard of person-centred care

•             Competing records accurately
