The induction programme is for all new staff and the length is dependent on the role you will be undertaking. It is an essential part of new staff training requirements and therefore attendance is mandatory.

Residential Short Break Respite Home
Children’s Services are looking to recruit to our Team at Layland.
Layland is a small welcoming four bedded Home which provides short breaks for children with a learning disability and complex health needs. This post will include weekend and night work.
This is a fixed term post with either full time or part time hours available and will be primarily based in Liskeard, although the post holder may be required on rare occasion to work at the other short break sites and within the home care team with negotiation. Experience of working with Children with disabilities and health needs is essential, but support, supervision, training and teamwork will be provided.
