TTM healthcare have an amazing opportunity for you based with one of the leading NHS trusts in Oxford. They are offering support to nurses who are not registered with the NMC and are waiting for their PIN.
As a member of the team in this enhanced role you will support and work closely with registered nurses to deliver a high standard of care to patients in a caring and safe environment with minimal supervision. You will develop skills to assist the clinical team in the assessment, monitoring and treatment of patients by undertaking specific clinical activities, performing and accurately recording and reporting appropriate tests as per protocol, for which you will have received training and deemed competent. In addition you will undertake roles as delegated by the registered nurse in charge and will be able to care for a group of patients with minimal supervision. Care for patients will be in accordance with set treatment protocols as directed by the nursing team. As part of these roles you will work towards taking responsibility for monitoring patient progression and making any adjustments to care plans as guided within set protocols and within your scope of practice.
You will be required to work full or part time hours on day shifts or night shifts depending on what you are looking for. The salary is £20,150 to £20,448 per annum which is based on the new NHS pay scale. You will also receive the following NHS benefits:

Have passed your IELTS exam
