Job Description

We are looking for experienced healthcare assistants to join our dynamic and growing clinical team, on either permanent or bank contracts to deliver excellent care to people who are on a recovery at home pathway in their own homes within London and the South East. If you have at least 3 years post registration experience, including community working we would love to hear from you.

HomeLink Healthcare has been established by senior healthcare professionals and experienced healthcare managers with the aim of delivering well-led, safe and effective, responsive and caring clinical care at home.

Homelink Healthcare will be working as part of the multidisciplinary team to provide high quality, person centred, therapeutic, compassionate nursing care and support to adult patients, their families and carers in their usual place of residence, this maybe at home or in other community location.

Home Link Healthcare will be working together with an NHS trust and other healthcare providers to deliver acute care at home and to keep people at home wherever possible.

Our staff will work flexibly across the community as required, providing a service from 07.00 – 22.00 hours including weekends.

Job Requirements

A healthcare assistant with enthusiasm and drive, who has at least three years experience including some community experience and who enjoys the challenges of working independently and providing people with the best care and support in their home.
