Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Healthcare Solicitor/Advocate to join their well-respected Inquests team.The Regulatory Department offers a broad range of expert advice to organisations and individuals facing Health & Safety, criminal and other regulatory prosecutions. You will manage a caseload of inquests files (including advocacy) for the NHS, various healthcare Trusts, and health and social care clients/individuals. In addition there will be some healthcare regulatory defence work.
