An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Home Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Netherton, Dudley area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers


This beautiful care home provides palliative care, Parkinson's nursing, convalescence and Dementia nursing


A Registered Nurse with an up to date PIN is preferable but not essential - Experience in managing a similar sized Nursing and Residential Home is essential


The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

  • Experience in managing a similar sized Nursing and Residential Home is essential
  • Passionate about Dementia care
  • Experience in providing and reviewing care assessments and plans in accordance to CQC requirements
  • Experience in recruiting, developing and managing a team
  • Experience of managing and working towards budgets
  • Capable of increasing occupancy and marketing the home as a brand
  • Excellent communication skills confident working with local authorities and building new contacts


The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £65,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 40 hours a week working through Day Shifts. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
