I am looking for a Registered Nurse Manager to be my helicopter over a service in Blackburn.
If you are 'hands on' and 'like to get your sleeves rolled up', it might BE YOU.
If you operate at a higher level, leading your team through improving capability, want to maintain autonomy whilst enjoying a solid foundation and support network, it COULD be you.
If you have this approach, coupled with excellent clinical knowledge and really understand what it takes to run a successful elderly care service, IT'S YOU!

Requirements for this position
In order to be considered for this role you must be a qualified nurse either RGN or RMN with an active PIN. You will have elderly care experience, ideally as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager and understand how to lead teams to deliver the very best person centred care. A good understanding of the CQC and their 5 key themes will also be important.
